1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Luminaut's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Services

Luminaut provides lead generation services through various advertising channels including social media platforms, search engines, and premium advertising networks. Our services include lead identification, qualification, verification, and delivery to clients.

3. Service Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

  • Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
  • Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
  • Premium Channel Leads: $60 per qualified lead
  • Enterprise packages: Custom pricing based on requirements

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Lead Quality Standards

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the following criteria:

  • Verified contact information
  • Demonstrated interest in your products or services
  • Match your specified target demographics
  • Compliance with applicable data protection regulations

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate target audience specifications
  • Responding to leads in a timely manner
  • Complying with all applicable laws in lead follow-up
  • Maintaining confidentiality of lead information

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead generation activities comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luminaut's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Service Level Agreement

We strive to deliver leads within 24-48 hours of campaign launch. While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, actual delivery may vary based on market conditions and targeting specificity.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methods, algorithms, and technologies used in our lead generation services remain the intellectual property of Luminaut, Inc.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Taylor County, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days prior to implementation.
